Sydney Club's Dialogue results are forwarded to BPW's national chapter and assist with BPW's opinion forming process and BPW's input during the United Nations sessions each year.

More about our speaker Linda Simonsen

Linda is the founder and CEO of FuturePeople Recruitment; ranked 21st on the BRW Fast 100 List, as one of Australia’s fastest growing companies in 2006.   FuturePeople specialises in people solutions for the contact centre industry, boasting a client portfolio of Australia’s leading organisations – Coca-Cola, St George Bank, Westpac and News Limited to name a few.

FuturePeople was a finalist in the 2008 Telstra Business Awards, a Finalist in the Recruitment Excellence Awards in 2008 and 2009, recognized on the Smart Company list in 2007 and won the Seek Recruiter of the Year Award in 2004, in addition to being announced as a Finalist again in 2006.

Linda is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) and a regular speaker for the Australian Teleservices Association (ATA) on best practice contact centre recruitment, as well as a Judge in the National Contact Centre Industry Awards.  She holds tertiary qualifications in Psychology and HR from the University of Sydney and is on the Board of the Recruitment Consulting Services Association (RCSA), as well as the Charity Odyssey House.
